Taraba’s Team Shines At National Wheelchair Basketball Championship In Abeokuta

 

Taraba State's men's and women's teams emerged champions at the BetKing National Wheelchair Basketball Championship, which concluded on Thursday at the Indoor Sports Hall, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

 

 

In a thrilling grand finale, Taraba showcased exceptional resilience and tactical brilliance to dominate both divisions. In the men's category, Oyo and Delta placed second and third, while in the women's category, Delta and Lagos completed the podium.

 

Team Lagos pulled off a surprise victory in the Mixed Doubles final, ending Taraba's winning run and securing gold. Taraba took silver, while Oyo claimed bronze in a hard-fought contest.
