As part of the eCITIBIZ project, Mr. Adi also set up 11 ICT-based Federal Marriage Registries in cities including Port Harcourt, Owerri, Kano, Akure, Ibadan, Benin, Jos, Jalingo, Makurdi, Asaba, and Uyo—further demonstrating his commitment to technological advancement and efficient governance.
With over 25 years of experience in project management, ICT infrastructure, business analysis, training, and software development, Mr. Adi's career has spanned major global companies such as Microsoft, Transamerica TherapyEdge, and ITechtraining. Notably, he was invited by the Obasanjo administration to help computerize and set up the network operations for both the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigeria Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
