Reps Member, A.M Lauya Builds New Classroom Blocks In Zailani

A block of six classrooms, constructed by Abdullahi Mohammed Lauya, the Member representing Ardo Kola, Karim Lamido, and Lau Federal Constituency, has been officially commissioned at Government Day Secondary School in Zailani, Karim Lamido Local Government Area.

At the commissioning ceremony, Abdullahi Mohammed Lauya, represented by the Chairman of Karim Lamido Local Government, urged the Zailani community to protect the new facility from vandalism.

 He stated that the construction of the classrooms was aimed at complementing Governor Agbu Kefas' free education policy. Lauya also expressed gratitude to the community for providing a conducive environment for the successful execution of the project.

He commended Governor Agbu Kefas for his peace initiatives in the state, urging the people of Zailani to embrace peace as the key to fostering development in the area.

In his address, the school's principal, Emre G. Manu, thanked Lauya for his support, highlighting the school's lack of sufficient classrooms for effective teaching and learning. Represented by Aliyu Ahmad Zailani, the Senior Master of the school, Manu assured that the facility would be well-maintained to ensure its longevity.

The Acting District Head of Zailani, Ibrahim Ishaq, also expressed gratitude to Lauya for enhancing the standard of education in the area with the new structure. He assured the legislator of the community's commitment to maintaining the facility, urging students to handle the new building with care.

Bala Dan Autan Teloli, the Chairman of the school's Parents-Teachers Association, also expressed joy over the project, noting that the new classrooms would significantly improve teaching and learning at the school. He praised Abdullahi Mohammed Lauya for his support of Governor Agbu Kefas' free education policy, which, according to him, has greatly improved the quality of education in the state.

Ibrahim Tarmisu, the Head Boy of the school, also expressed appreciation for the new classrooms, stating that the addition would alleviate congestion and create a more conducive learning environment.

The new building was officially commissioned by the Chairman of Karim Lamido Local Government, who represented Abdullahi Mohammed Lauya, amidst cheers and celebration. The ceremony was attended by grassroots politicians from Ardo Kola, Karim Lamido, and Lau Local Government Areas.
