Taraba Born Architect Wins Competition To Design Renewed Hope Estate Project

Taraba Born Architect, Muktar Armiyau Maihanci has emerged winner of the design competition for the Renewed Hope Estate Project, an initiative led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His innovative design of a 1-bedroom expandable to 3-bedroom bungalow has been chosen as the model for affordable housing to be constructed by FEDERAL HOUSE AUTHORITY across all the states of the federation. 

Muktar Armiyau Maihanci finished his secondary education at the Federal Technical College Jalingo before proceeding to Federal University Yola where he obtained B. Tech Architecture , he is currently undergoing his Masters in  Architecture at ABU Zaria.

 Muktar Armiyau Maihanci emerged first after the management of Federal Housing Authority called all architects from level 12 downwards to participate in design of proposed Renewed hope estate (Social Housing),

The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Dangiwa said the projects is in line with the focus of the President Bola Tinubu administration towards the delivery of affordable housing to Nigerians, especially by creating the enabling environment for private sector players to thrive.
