Taraba Speaker Hails Gov Kefas On One Year In Office

The Hon Speaker Rt Hon John Kizito Bonzena of Taraba State House of Assembly  wish to roll out his felicitations to His Excellency Dr Agbu Kefas the Executive Governor of Taraba State and His Deputy Alh Aminu Abdullahi Alkali for a successful first round of four. 

 

The Hon Speaker recount how the state got transforming ever since His Excellency assumed as the executive Governor of the state. The achievements as he said speaks volumes by themselves because all the projects embark by H.E Dr Kefas was laudable and has direct nexus to the people in the grassroot. 

 

To mention just but a few, H.E Dr Agbu Educational reform has given an opportunity for a free and compulsory basic Education, Rehabilitated the entire House of Assembly Complex with new and modern facilities, Construction of One of the best Trailer park located along Yola road, Jalingo abatoir upgrade, settle University lecturers backlog, salary increase to all civil servants including primary school teachers, procurement of logistics to all our Traditional rulers, rejigging the public service, conducted free and fair local government elections among others.

 

The Hon Speaker wish His Excellency, the deputy Governor and his executive council members, the Hon members God guidance as they are set to steer the state affairs hitch free. 

 

To the people of his constituency Zing, Rt Hon Speaker use this moment of his thanksgiving for successful one year in office and as a speaker, says that he can't thank them enough for the support and love showing him at all times, he revealed that is a promise that he will never let his people down in all that is needed. He made emphasis that his doors is always open and ready to listen and be guided where necessary.
