• I Will Work With Kutebs, Others For Peace In Takum - HRH SOPIYA AHMADU GBOSHI III

Speaking during a reception to welcome him to Takum at Rimi Primary, the First class Chief of Takum who also doubles as the Chairman Takum Traditional council of Chiefs Barr. Sopiya (Gboshi III) said he will bring peace to Takum.

 

He is a King for all tribes living in Takum most especially the three indigenous tribes "Chamba, Kpanzon and Kuteb"

He said Takum will be great again if we all co-oporate and live together as one.

"I know Takum has known no peace since the reign  of the last king and as such I am fully aware that the task ahead of me is a tough one, but with your cooperation "Kuteb, Chamba and Kpanzon" I assure you of a lasting peace, Let's keep our differences aside." The new monarch said. 

At the ceremony the chairman Taraba Council of Chiefs and Aku Uka of Wukari His Majesty Dr. Ada Alli express gratitude to Governor Kefas for ending the chieftaincy crisis which has lasted over three decades, while  presenting of The new Chief to the people and asked them to support him in all ramification.
