Chief of Sansani Murder: Group Clears District Head Of Sendirde, Identities Ali In Leaked Audio


The Yayan Kasan Gassol Initiative has identified one Ali, a farm worker as the person being referred to in an leaked audio on assassination of Jankada II of Sansani Chiefdom in Gassol Local Government Area of Taraba State Abdulmutallib Nuhu Muhammad Bello.

 

In the audio clip, a traditional title holder in Kufayi village area, the chiroman Kufayi Idi Abdullahi a brother to the village head Safiyanu Abdullahi was heard seeking the assistance of a Malam on how easily to eliminate the royal father.

 

The Yayan Kasan Gassol Initiative in a statement signed by its coordinator Comr Sani Musa Loggere clears that Alh Aliyu Umar Tafida who is the District Head Of Sendirde was never referred to in the audio.

 

The group noted that the Ali referred to in the audio has been arrested by security operatives in connection to the murder of the third-class traditional ruler.

 

 

" The circulating audio about the assassination of Jankada II of Sansani Chiefdom has given serious concerns to all distinguished sons and daughters of Gassol in general, while we want to commend security agencies for being proactive and making some arrests, we want the people of Gassol particularly Sansani to corporate with security agents to unravel those behind the evil act.

" In the audio, one Ali was mentioned as a group we are happy to tell you that the Ali has been identified to be a labourer that was working in farm of the village head of Kufayi.

He once leave in the house of the village head of Kufayi, this Ali should not be mistaken District head of Sendirde, Alhaji Aliyu Umar Tafida.

 

As a group we can confirm that Ali labourer has been arrested already together with the chiroma and the Village head of Kufayi and are confirmed to be in the police custody

 

"This clarification became necessary for the public to understand that those involved are being investigated by the police," Musa Loggere said
