Ramadan: Sen. Manu Haruna Distributes over 11000 Bags of Millet, Sugar in Taraba Central Senatorial District

The Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on local and foreign debts and Public Procurement Sen. Manu Haruna Distributes first batch of over 7000 Bags of Millet and 4000 Bags of Sugar as Ramadan packages in Taraba Central Senatorial District. 

The Senator Representing Taraba Central Senatorial District, Senator Manu Haruna has distributed 7000 Bags of Millet and 4000 Bags of Sugar to the five(5) local Government Areas of Taraba Central District, in order to cushion their hardship during this forthcoming fasting month of the Ramadan.

Sen. Manu Haruna Distributing the first batch of the food Items on Thursday 7th of March 2024, at his residence in the capital city of Taraba State Jalingo.

the lawmaker urged the beneficiaries to use the items to improve their standard of living and those of their family members. He said the packages were meant to ease the Economic hardship among the less privileged across the zone and to enable the people perform Ramadan fast with ease and happiness. 

The Lawmaker urged the Distribution Committee of various Local Government to ensure the Food items are shared among the less privileged. 

Some of the beneficiaries appreciated the Lawmaker for the kind gesture, praying to God to bless him abundantly.
