Aku Uka Condemns Killing Of Student In Wukari

 

The Aku Uka of Wukari, His Majesty, Manu Ishaku Adda Ali Matakhitswen has  condemn in strong terms the tragic and senseless killing of a young 200 Level student, Bro. Mark-Hopkins Sagarga Gargea of Biological Sciences Department of Federal University Wukari.

 

The loss of any young life, he said, is a tragedy, and this incident has shaken the community to its core. The young student was full of promises, dreams, and aspirations, and his untimely demise has robbed us of a bright future leader.

 

He expresses his deepest condolences to the family and friends of the now deceased. His thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time. He stands in solidarity with them, offering his support.

 

He calls upon the relevant law enforcement agencies to swiftly investigate this heinous act and ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice. Such acts of violence, he said, have no place in our community or any civilized society, and everyone must work together to ensure the safety and security of our citizens, especially our young people.

 

He urges community members to remain calm and peaceful during this period of mourning. He urges everyone to come together to offer solace to the grieving family. He said it is through unity and collective action that the underlying issues can be addressed and future reoccurrence be prevented.

 

To the youth of our community, the Aku implores you to channel your emotions into positive action. He advocates for engagement in open dialogue, education, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of peace, respect, and tolerance.
