Protest as Election Didn't Hold In Eight Polling Units Taraba State

The PDP stakeholders Forum in Sardauna Local Government Area in Taraba state has said elections didn't hold in eight polling units the area.

The stakeholders said elections didn't hold in a Total of EIGHT polling units in Sardauna, Kurmi Gashaka Federal Constituency.

They listed  four polling units  in Magu ward, three in Nugroje ward and one in Kurmi.
The party leaders said the  eight polling units where elections didn't hold are all traditional PDP strongholds with over 2,000 registered voters.
The APC candidate for Sardauna, Kurmi Gashaka Federal Constituency Hon David Fouh leads with 800 plus votes.

"There's so much pressure on the returning officer to declare the result. This is contrary to the electoral act because the number persons that have not voted is more than the 800 lead difference.

"The result should be declared INCONCLUSIVE until elections are conducted in those eight polling units," the PDP stakeholders said.
