Why Am Contesting For Jalingo, Yorro Zing Federal Constituency- NNPP Candidate, SB Bakari

 The New Nigerian Peoples Party NNPP Candidate for Jalingo/Yoro/Zing Federal Constituency Sulaiman Bakari (SB) has said he is contesting to birth new possibilities towards the betterment of the people in the constituency. 

 

SB Bakari as he's fondly called  said he's fully aware of the powers and functions of the Federal Parliament as a veritable platform to proffer lasting solutions to the developmental challenges to Jalingo/Yoro/Zing Federal Constituency.

*NOTIFICATION OF MY ASPIRATION FOR THE HOUSE OF REPS* 

 

It is with immense respect, abiding goodwill and humility that I write to inform you that I, Sulaiman Bakari, of Majidadi Ward in Jalingo LGA of Taraba State, am contesting the 2023 General Elections on the nascent platform of the NNPP, to represent Jalingo/Yoro/Zing Federal Constituency of Taraba State at the House of Reps. 

 

I commenced this noble crusade in 2019 on the dais of the APC, having worked with the EFCC for over a decade. But my ambition was scuttled at the then party primaries. However, I'm undeterred because I strongly believe that at God's appointed time, nothing can stand in the way of a man's decent ambition or destiny. Thus, my decision to re-contest in 2023 on the platform of the NNPP; and to the glory of God, I have clinched my party's ticket at its recent primaries. 

 

Permit me to inform you that I'm a young politician closely in touch with my grassroots, hence conversant with the needs and aspirations of my people. I've been privileged to wrap-up my meritorious career with Nigeria's frontline anti-graft Agency - the EFCC, as the EFCC's Liaison Officer to the National Assembly, moreover, while there I was also appointed as S.A Anti-Corruption matters to the President of the Senate. 

 

Consequently, I'm fully aware of the powers and functions of the Federal Parliament as a veritable platform to proffer lasting solutions to the developmental challenges of my good people of Jalingo/Yoro/Zing Federal Constituency. I've equally cultivated extensive contacts and acquired in-depth experience of the legislative process at the highest level in the country. I'm poised to deploy all these towards articulating solutions to the needs of my constituents at the 10th National Assembly, through bills, motions, debates and diligent legislative oversight. 

 

Therefore, I consider it a point of duty to you as a core stakeholder in the political polity of Nigeria, particularly Taraba State, to keep you abreast of the foregoing developments and to solicit for your unwavering support and kind prayers towards my resounding victory at the 2023 polls.  

 

A new Jalingo/Yoro/Zing Federal Constituency is achievable! Please, let's join hands together to birth new possibilities towards the betterment of our people.
