Works and Housing Minister Mu’azu Jaji Donates Transformer To Jalingo Community


 

 

 





  Members of the  Majidadi Community Development Association Taraba State has commended  the Minister of Statefor Works and Housing  Engr Mu'azu Jaji Sambo for   donating a brand new 500kva transformer to its  community in Jalingo the state capital.

 

In the event organised by the community to show their appreciation and receive the transformer, various leaders of the community expressed happiness and commended  the minister for restoring hopes to hundreds of people and businesses with the  donation of the  transformer.

 

The chairman of the community Mallam Misa Jeda said Mu'azu Jaji Sambo has a track record of supporting  the society adding that this is not the first time he's contributing something huge for the people and development  of Majidadi Community.

 

According to Chairman, many small scale businesses in the community had been closed down since its transformer collapsed with no hope of bringing it back to use.

 

Jeda said the community has contacted different personalities and calibre within the state and outside both politicians and those who are in the government but they could not help in restoring electricity to the community.

 " In fact we the people of Majidadi community have took our elders to people closed to Senator Shuaibu Isa Lau and also send another to the Victor Bala Kona but very unfortunate that they could not help us."

 

Jeda commended Minister for always putting the best and people first at heart and described the contributions as a huge support to the development of the people in the community.

Also speaking at the event Bakari Abba Jeb Jeb who spoke on behalf of the elders said the gesture of the Minister has put them in serious happiness and removed them from darkness of light that the community will never forget such kindness.

 

 He said effort have been made to meet some politician in to this problem just for them to help the community but they could not and the worse part of it some of them looks our eyes and lied to us as an elders with all what we have been facing, and leaving us in darkness for almost three months.

 He commended Mu'azu Jaji and said he is equipped with  potential and   heart zealous to make impact to the society and in his little way so far he have touched thousands of lives in Majidadi community and Taraba State at large.
